Yes, you can cancel for a full refund if you give us at least 48 hours notice before your appointment’s scheduled start time. To cancel, email annie@thaiannie.com with your booking details. But cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. If an emergency or technical problem prevents you from attending, contact us as soon as possible.
Yes. Use the rescheduling button in your booking confirmation email to choose another available time. You’ll receive an updated confirmation. If you need help or can’t find a suitable appointment, email annie@thaiannie.com.
